What should I expect my first session?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get set up on our heart rate monitor system, meet your session coach, get comfortable in the studio and be ready to work!  Our friendly staff will make you feel at home and answer any additional questions you may have. 


What’s the workout like?

Each day has a different focus based on our session type and varied workouts based on the monthly program cycle.  Every session should feel different from the day before!


How often does the schedule change?

The schedule could change on a weekly basis.  We recommend that you check the schedule online or in your APP for the most recent schedule!


What do I do if I can’t make my scheduled session?

You can cancel by phone or online up to 12hrs prior to session start time.


Account Maintenance

Can I manage my account online?

Yes by creating a myiclub account you will be able to manage such things as: payments, payment history, book sessions, view your agreement and much more!


How do I update my billing information?

We love guests!  We just ask that you call ahead to reserve their spot!
