Fitt Strength

Total body strength sessions will combine compound strength exercises like squatting, pushing and pulling using kettlebells, TRXⓇ and body weight with isolated movements to support muscle building and toning.

Fitt Burn

Conditioning sessions will leave you drowning in a puddle of sweat as you beg for more.  Lighter weight, higher repetition with extended intervals, plyometric and cardiovascular exercises will ignite your metabolism and increase your aerobic capacity.
