OUR FITT BURN OR CONDITIONING SESSIONS WILL LEAVE YOU DROWNING IN A PUDDLE OF SWEAT AS YOU BEG FOR MORE. LIGHTER WEIGHT, HIGHER REPETITION, PLYOMETRIC AND CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES WILL IGNITE YOUR METABOLISM AND INCREASE YOUR AEROBIC CAPACITY. EXPECT BATTLE ROPES, BIKING AND ROWING COMBINED WITH FULL BODY STRENGTH MOVEMENTS IN VARIOUS SETS AND INTERVALS. LIKE OUR FITT STRENGTH PROGRAM WE WILL VARY THE INTENSITY WITH INTERVALS RANGING FROM 20 SECONDS TO 3 MINUTES! WE’LL FINISH EACH SESSION WITH A CARDIO CORE CHALLENGE TO KEEP YOU BURNING AS WE TIGHTEN AND TONE THAT MIDSECTION.
Our FITT Strength Sessions will combine compound strength excercises like squatting, pushing and pulling various equopment like kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX ® and body weight movements. We'll add isloated strength exercises to support muscle building and toning. Each phase of our strength program will incorporate different sets and repition schemes to keep you from plateauing and continuing to build lean muscle. We'll finish each session with a cardio challenge to keep you burning calories well after you've left the studio.
