
Lifestyle Changes for Weight Loss
This has been an incredible journey, I have been able to lose 27 lbs and have learned how to eat well and exercise. Most importantly, I have been able to make lifestyle changes for a better and healthier life. After speaking to you last week I have been making those adjustments that we spoke about and I want to continue.
