Our Bfitt:60 classes are packed with intensity! Throughout each session, we’ll keep you active and moving to ensure you are burning calories and using your muscles at all time. You’ll feel intensity throughout your body, as you will be using muscles you don’t normally use and do cardio to the point where you’re dripping in sweat. We use our FitMetric heart rate monitor technology to gauge reach client’s intensity level to ensure you maximize your calorie burn.
