Our FITT Strength Sessions will combine compound strength exercises like squatting, pushing and pulling various equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX ®, and bodyweight movements. We’ll add isolated strength exercises to support muscle building and toning. Each phase of our strength program will incorporate different sets and repetition schemes to keep you from plateauing and continuing to build lean muscle. We’ll finish each session with a cardio challenge to keep you burning calories well after you’ve left the studio.
