With our programs, you’ll build muscle, burn fat, and increase energy to get the results you want!
Our Burn class will have you sweating and active for the entire hour! During this session, you’ll use lighter weights, higher repetitions, and cardio equipment like rowers, air bikes, and ropes to give you a full body burn.
This 60 minute HIIT style class is constantly varied to keep your body guessing and continually challenged.
OUR STRENGTH CLASS IS A FULL BODY WORKOUT DESIGNED TO BUILD LEAN AND STRONG MUSCLE, IMPROVE BALANCE AND CORE STRENGTH, AND INCREASE FLEXIBILITY.
MEMBERS LOVE OUR UNIQUE CIRCUIT TRAINING APPROACH THAT PROMOTES SUPER CALORIE BURN WHILE STRENGTH TRAINING. OUR 60-MINUTE CLASS ENDS WITH AN ALL-OUT CARDIO PUSH TO CAP OFF A WELL-BALANCED MUSCLE BUILDING ROUTINE.
